Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at theandeanhome@gmail.com. Please do not send items back without first requesting a return, as these will not be accepted. If your return is accepted, we'll confirm the return address and send you instructions on how to proceed.

We recommend returning items using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different colour or style, we're happy to arrange this within the 30-day return window. Please note that each order is eligible for one exchange only. To be eligible, the item must be returned in its original unused condition, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Return shipping is at your cost. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll send the replacement out to you at no additional shipping charge. Exchanged items are final sale and are not eligible for further returns or exchanges. If your replacement item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at theandeanhome@gmail.com and we'll make it right.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
